News Meet the Head of Development: Who is behind it? September 17, 2025 Ibrahim Soliman began his career in Egypt, where he studied software development and founded his first start-up, at just 19 years old. What started as a small idea grew into a team of 40 people and a platform that connected education with the job market. After several years as an entrepreneur, he gained further experience at renowned companies, including IBM. He then moved to Hungary, working in an international software company and expanding his intercultural skills. In 2021, he took the next step and moved to Germany, where he first worked at Airbus in the aerospace industry.
