The world around us has been marked by change – from geopolitical turmoil and a global economy at a crossroads to new leadership in the Roman Catholic Church under Pope Leo XIV. It’s been quite a year!The same was true at PANTOPIX: Last year, we continued to grow, both in terms of our projects and our workforce. Teams were strengthened, new faces and new ideas drove us forward – and ensured that we were able to complete some great projects with visionary customers and reach important milestones:The Product Navigator from the KAESER Knowledge Hub, which we presented for the first time at the tekom annual conference in November, the AI-supported chat for the CDP easybrowse from gds, and the intelligent assistant Service Copilot for ZEISS RMS, which combines a multi-agent system and a knowledge graph—forward-looking projects like these not only fill those involved with pride and joy, they also illustrate the opportunities that new technologies offer for technical communication.PANTOPIX SPHERE: Our knowledge platform is growingA special milestone this year was seeing PANTOPIX SPHERE come to life and the idea of a holistic knowledge platform take shape.
