Artificial intelligence in legislative drafting: A digital intern to support the craft

At the 2024 National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Legislative Summit, Jennifer Pahlka, founder of Code for America, put an intriguing analogy to the audience at the opening general session: consider AI an intern.
