In an era of constant information flow, the ability of legislatures to maintain clarity, consistency, and transparency has never been more critical. While technology has organically grown over time, it’s become more complex, and the public seeks more transparent legislature.  Legislatures, the established rule-makers, are managing swathes of important information that is integral to society’s functioning. Between statutes, laws, regulations, and guidance, there is a wealth of knowledge that is of the utmost value to groups like lawyers, agencies, and citizens.  All of this knowledge comes with its challenges though.
